Job Description

This role involves providing top-tier customer service while performing preventative maintenance services for vehicles. As an Oil Change Technician, you will learn to change oil, check and refill fluids, rotate tires, test and replace batteries, inspect and replace lights and wipers, and perform an 18-point safety check. You will work as part of a team to deliver fast, easy, and trusted services to our guests.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive weekly pay of $17.75 per hour. In addition to paid on-the-job training, you will enjoy benefits such as paid time off (PTO), holiday pay, medical and prescription drug coverage, dental, vision, and 401(k) savings plans. We also provide tuition and certification assistance, access to a free online university, and company-provided uniforms and tools.

Requirements
  1. A schedule flexibility is required, with weekend availability likely. You will not work late nights or holidays.
  2. You must have an eagerness to learn, a friendly attitude, and a desire to be part of a customer-focused team.
  3. The ability to stand for up to 8 hours, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds is necessary.
  4. You must be comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment.
  5. English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking is required.
