">Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this position is $48,000 - $62,000, depending on location and experience. This includes a base wage scale of $23.40 - $30.15 per hour, with shift differentials applicable.
">Job Responsibilities: Your primary role will involve ensuring the personal care needs of our residents are met, reviewing patient care plans daily, and informing the nurse supervisor of any changes in resident condition. You'll also assist residents with daily activities, create a warm and welcoming environment, and maintain confidentiality of all resident care information.
">Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you'll need a 10th-grade education or higher, a licensed CNA certification in the state where you reside, and a genuine passion for caregiving. This position is subject to a collective bargaining agreement with SEIU 503.
