About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Airport Operations Representative II to join our team at the City of Atlanta. This is a critical role that requires a strong understanding of airport operations and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to emergencies and coordinate their resolution while providing updates to executive staff.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, tenants, airport employees, and other staff members.
  • Work closely with TSA to ensure the safe and efficient movement of passengers through security checkpoints.
  • Provide operational expertise and maintain positive relationships with other departments and airport stakeholders.
  • Perform daily checks of airport facilities and prepare reports on incidents, complaints, and regulatory compliance issues.
  • Assist with contract management and perform other duties as required.

This role requires a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of airport operations and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
