Role of a Premium Auditor:
As a field auditor, you will engage with clients' policyholders either onsite, virtually, or via phone to review business operations and financial records at the conclusion of their policy period. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Scheduling appointments with clients for premium audits
  • Submitting audit findings through our web portal and proprietary software
  • Communicating with clients through various channels
  • Reviewing payroll and tax documentation for commercial enterprises
  • Assessing operational procedures
  • Upholding customer standards and quality requirements
  • Maintaining confidentiality and demonstrating integrity
Qualifications:
  • Must reside within the advertised geographic area
  • Experience in accounting or bookkeeping is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills are essential
  • Strong numerical aptitude
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Excellent analytical abilities
  • Capable of using deductive reasoning to solve problems
Previous Premium Audit experience is not necessary. Afirm offers comprehensive training to empower entrepreneurial individuals to establish their own Premium Audit business and embark on a rewarding career.
