Position Overview
The University of Nevada, Reno is seeking qualified candidates for the role of Analyst, PeopleSoft Business within the Office of Information Technology (OIT). This position is pivotal in supporting the Enterprise Student Information System (SIS) and plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of functional users' daily activities.
Key Responsibilities
The Analyst will:
- Collaborate with the PeopleSoft Manager to provide essential support for the SIS.
- Gather, analyze, and convert business needs into functional specifications for development teams.
- Work closely with technical colleagues to resolve issues and fulfill enhancement requests.
- Conduct comprehensive functional and systems testing, addressing any functional challenges that arise.
- Assist functional analysts in establishing new business processes and implementing additional functionalities.
Qualifications
Applicants must meet one of the following educational and experience criteria:
- High School Diploma/Equivalent with four (4) years of relevant experience
- Associate's Degree with three (3) years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's Degree with two (2) years of relevant experience
- Master's Degree with one (1) year of relevant experience
Desirable Skills
Experience with the PeopleSoft System is highly preferred.

The salary for this role is competitive and commensurate with education and experience, classified under Administrative Faculty - B.
