Job Title: Commercial Journeyman HVAC Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Journeyman HVAC Mechanic to join our team at Johnson Controls International. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial HVAC systems, with a focus on chiller systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems, including chiller systems
  • Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic work to identify and resolve issues with HVAC systems
  • Work with top-of-the-line commercial and industrial equipment
  • Collaborate with other technicians and supervisors to ensure efficient and effective work processes
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of practical working experience on air-cooled or water-cooled machines
  • Strong HVAC/mechanical troubleshooting experience
  • Universal EPA refrigerants license, applicable state or local licensing, and valid driver's license
  • Extensive experience with HVAC chiller systems
  • Must be a certified union journeyman
