Rail Terminal Operator Job Description

Pacific Rail Services is seeking a skilled Rail Terminal Operator to join our team at the UP Brooklyn, OR Terminal. As a Rail Terminal Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient movement of freight through our intermodal ramp services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate rail equipment and vehicles to transport freight
  • Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections of equipment
  • Assist with loading and unloading freight
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment
Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years old and possess a valid Driver's License
  • Must be able to pass a 7-year background check, a drug test, and a Physical Capabilities Test
  • No GED or High School Diploma required
