Job Summary:
Community Health Center, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Medical Provider to join our team at the Community Health Center of Bristol. As a Medical Provider, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical services to our patients, working in a dynamic and innovative practice environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a full scope of medical services to underserved populations
- Work in an innovative practice environment utilizing Advanced Access scheduling
- Be part of a multi-disciplinary practice that offers a blend of individual and population-based care
Qualifications:
- MD/DO from an approved medical/osteopathy school and graduation from an accredited residency program in family practice
- Board-certified within 24 months of commencing employment at CHC and hold a license or be eligible for a license in the State of Connecticut
- Bi-lingual skills in English/Spanish preferred
- We do accept NPs for this position
