About the RoleORR Corporation is seeking an experienced fire alarm system technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining fire alarm systems across various locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, with a proven track record of installing and maintaining fire alarm systems. Key Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain fire alarm systems according to relevant codes and regulations.
  • Perform site visits to assess customer needs and provide expert advice on system upgrades and maintenance.
  • Liaise with customers to ensure that their needs are met and that they receive exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and repair activities as required.
  • Maintain accurate records of all installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.

Requirements
  • Degree in Electronics or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in fire alarm system installation and maintenance.
  • Familiarity with intelligent fire control panel programming software.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
