Key Responsibilities:

The Account Manager, reporting to the Director of Business Operations, will oversee all aspects of the sales process, including:

  • Enhancing sales and expanding market presence through both established and newly acquired accounts
  • Maintaining and developing customer relationships by utilizing resources such as Salesforce and Hoovers
  • Engaging with prospective clients to identify their needs, hiring timelines, and fostering a close relationship
  • Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals
  • Collaborating with the Delivery team to identify client needs, qualify them, present top candidates, and gather feedback on candidates and interviews

Qualifications:

Educational & Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related fields, OR military experience, OR 2-4 years of relevant professional experience in Sales (management experience preferred but not required)
  • A minimum of 2+ years of successful B2B outside sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in staff augmentation or service-oriented sales, particularly within the IT sector, is highly desirable
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • A strong sense of urgency, excellent presentation abilities, and a high standard of professionalism are essential
  • A willingness to learn and grow is crucial
