  • Manage the center's budget and financial performance, ensuring profitability and alignment with company goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, colleagues, and external partners to promote a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Two to three years' supervisory experience in a healthcare or related field.
  • Proven track record of driving operational excellence and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and drive business growth.
