Job Summary:

As a per diem staff pharmacist with ClearVista Health and Wellness, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of pharmacy operations. Your responsibilities will include filling orders, checking technician-prepared products, maintaining security, and aiding in the training of new staff members. You will also be responsible for updating the Director on daily activities and assisting in maintaining the pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities:

Fill orders with accuracy and attention to detail
Check technician-prepared products before release
Maintain security of pharmacy and controlled substances
Enter orders and patient information with accuracy
Aid in the training of new staff members
Update the Director on daily activities
Assist in maintaining the pharmacy

Requirements:

Pharmacy degree (BS or PharmD) from an ACPE accredited school of pharmacy
Current Pharmacist license in good standing in Ohio
Successful completion of a Pharmacy Practice Residency program strongly preferred
Experience as a Pharmacist in a Hospital setting preferred
Ability to work independently, set priorities, make critical decisions, and respond to client concerns
Demonstrated accuracy and timeliness in a work setting
Experience using computer applications including word processing, spreadsheets, and pharmacy information systems
Effective communications skills; verbal and written

ClearVista Health and Wellness is a 52-bed inpatient acute behavioral health facility located in Lorain, Ohio. The facility provides a range of services, including in-house dietician, PT/OT therapy, and AA meetings. CPS Solutions, LLC has partnered with the hospital to manage the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy.
