Position Overview:
We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon to join our esteemed team. Visa sponsorship is available for J1 candidates.
Practice Environment:
This is a full-time role within a physician-owned multispecialty group, which does not include primary care physicians. The practice offers a blend of inpatient and outpatient settings.
Electronic Medical Records:
The practice utilizes a modern EMR system to streamline patient care.
Coverage and Schedule:
The call coverage is structured at 1 in 7, with Advanced Practice Providers serving as the first point of contact. The typical workweek is Monday through Friday, serving a patient population of approximately 200,000 to 250,000, primarily non-adolescent patients. You will be joining a well-established group of 7 surgeons and 7 APPs, with the opportunity to take over the practice of a retiring physician who specializes in joint procedures.
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of $655,000, with additional productivity incentives that can elevate total compensation to over $850,000. Other benefits include:
