Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Manual QA Tester to join our team. As a Manual QA Tester, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our software application meets the customer's requirements throughout the development cycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Test Planning and Execution: Develop and maintain test scenarios and end-user test scripts to verify new functionality performs as designed and meets customer needs.
  • Thorough Testing: Thoroughly test software to ensure proper operations, document all problems, and work to resolve them.
  • Quality Assurance: Responsible for ensuring software releases and documentation meet requirements and are executed with quality.
  • Regression Testing: Responsible for creating and executing regression testing and test plans.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Attention to Detail: A strong attention to detail and a wealth of curiosity.Education: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent.Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a manual QA/UAT role.Technical Skills: Ability to quickly learn and adapt to various business systems and processes, as well as testing tools and methodologies.Soft Skills: Excellent time management and organizational skills; able to work efficiently while meeting tight deadlines and multiple competing priorities.Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work creatively in a problem-solving environment and ability to think outside the box in order to ensure testing is thorough.Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.What We Offer:
