About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Advisor to join our team at H&R Block. As a Tax Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert tax advice and guidance to our clients, ensuring they receive the best possible outcomes for their tax needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide tax preparation, tax audit support, and tax planning services to clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their tax needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with tax laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and accuracy in all tax-related matters
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices, driving continuous improvement in tax services
Requirements
  • 5+ years of tax experience, with a strong background in individual tax returns and tax planning
  • CPA or Enrolled Agent certification, or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
