Role Overview:

In the capacity of Project Lead and Release Manager, you will collaborate with a multifaceted engineering team, the program management office, as well as our support representatives to ensure the efficient and economical completion of all projects and assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Propose, plan, execute, and deliver project outcomes.
  2. Define objectives, create timelines, and engage with stakeholders to ensure projects adhere to scope, budget, and schedule.
  3. Monitor project advancement, address risks, and maintain quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Demonstrated organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team.
  • Conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient problem-solving abilities in complex scenarios.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies.
  • Advanced understanding of engineering processes and practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Project, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Familiarity with various project life cycles, including agile methodologies.
  • Ability to effectively communicate project-related issues and solutions to diverse audiences.
  • Understanding of project leadership principles, including SPI/CPI, Earned Value, and Cost Account Management (CAM).
  • Ability to anticipate technological and process needs.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, coupled with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or a Master's degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
