About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Patient Care Coordinator to join our team at Ethos Therapy Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our patients and their families, ensuring seamless communication and coordination throughout their care journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initial Contact: You will be the first point of contact for incoming patient inquiries, responding promptly and professionally to ensure accurate information is shared.
  • Care Assessment: With a focus on empathy and understanding, you will assess each patient's needs to determine the most effective course of action.
  • Coordination: Utilizing our advanced support surfaces and hospital bed solutions, you will work closely with clinicians to align the ideal therapy surface to the patient's needs and treatment goals.
  • Documentation: Accurate documentation is crucial; you will maintain detailed records of all interactions, including nature of inquiry, customer details, and department or individual involved.
  • Accountability: Each staff member is accountable for their part in the process, from reception to resolution, ensuring adherence to protocols and effectiveness in managing handoffs.
  • Status Updates: You will ensure systems accurately reflect the current status of the inquiry, including when handed off, who is responsible, and when the customer can expect a resolution.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year.
