Education:

High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.

Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English is essential.

An Associate's degree in a related field is preferred.

Experience:

One (1) year of previous supervisory or management experience is preferred, but this requirement may be waived for applicants with two (2) or more years of college education.

License(s)/Certification(s):

A valid driver's license is required when operating any vehicle for work-related purposes.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Multicultural sensitivity is necessary.

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.

A strong customer/patient focus is essential.

Critical thinking skills and the ability to use independent judgment in decision-making are important.

Effective communication with individuals from diverse professional, educational, and lifestyle backgrounds is required.

Familiarity with the usual and customary equipment used to perform essential functions of the position is expected.
