We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Rainbow, CA. This full-time or part-time opportunity offers the flexibility to work in a dynamic school setting, enhancing student communication skills and supporting academic success.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
  • Develop and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for each student, ensuring personalized and effective interventions.
  • Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals to provide comprehensive student support.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of student progress and adjust therapy plans based on assessments and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the school team to promote an inclusive and supportive educational environment.
Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology or a related field.
  • Valid California SLP license.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Experience in a school setting is advantageous but not mandatory.
