Job Overview:

The successful candidate will lead a team of technicians responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation equipment in our production, treatment, and distribution systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Development: Lead and develop a team of technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Equipment Installation and Repair: Supervise the installation and repair of electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation equipment, ensuring that all systems are functioning properly.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with other teams to update and process systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Leadership Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • State Water Resources Control Board - Water Distribution Operator Grade II Certification: Required for this position.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
