Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement the front-end architecture for our platform, ensuring a seamless and engaging user interface.
  • Collaborate with UX designers, backend engineers, and product managers to translate complex functional requirements into efficient and aesthetically pleasing web applications.
  • Optimize UI components and application code for performance, scalability, and responsiveness, ensuring a smooth user experience.
  • Create and maintain documentation for UI components, coding standards, and best practices to facilitate collaboration among team members.
  • Help the team to rewrite, refactor, and decouple frontend from a CommerceTools application to a NextJS app & build tests using playwright.
  • Contribute to the development of a strategy for SEO, site analytics, A/B testing, monitoring, and other key performance indicators.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in React and related libraries, with a strong ability to design and develop complex user interfaces using React components.
  • Proficiency in REACT, Typescript, Javascript, HTML, CSS, including knowledge of CSS preprocessors like SASS or LESS.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and the ability to collaborate effectively with designers to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility issues and solutions to ensure consistent performance across different web browsers.
  • Able to maintain high-performance service requirements.
Preferred Requirements
  • Prior experience building e-commerce customer portals.
  • High proficiency at problem-solving with focus on speed of delivery, being a team player, and being into details.
  • Knowledge of CommerceTools is a plus.
