Customer Service Specialist Job Details:

• Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers and families with a warm and welcoming smile
  • Communicate effectively with potential and existing customers to build strong relationships
  • Build rapport with families and get to know their names and their children's names
  • Handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Lead by example for other staff members by using the customer-focused principle in every customer interaction
  • Answer sales calls and conduct tours to showcase our facilities and services
  • Enroll children in swim lessons and manage lesson schedules to ensure a seamless experience
  • Engage with children and families on the joy of learning and swimming
  • Smile and have fun while providing exceptional customer service
  • Answer questions and provide feedback to children and parents to ensure a fantastic experience
• Requirements:
  • Commit to a minimum of two workdays and Saturdays
  • Be comfortable working with a scheduling system
  • Have strong hospitality and customer service skills
  • Be able to multitask and work with computers
  • Have attention to detail
  • Have one year of demonstrated hospitality industry or customer service representative experience (preferred)
  • Have one year of demonstrated sales experience (preferred)
  • Be bilingual (a plus)
