Job Description

As a Product Owner for Data, Analytics, and Integration, you'll define and execute the product vision and strategy for our data platforms and integration solutions.

You will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet business needs.

A hybrid working schedule offers the best of both worlds – engaging in-person collaboration at our Sterling, VA office and enjoying the autonomy and comfort of remote work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for data, analytics, and integration solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Work closely with engineering, data science, and business teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within scope.
  • Manage the product backlog, including writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and prioritizing features.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Ensure data governance and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Our ideal candidate has a strong understanding of data management, analytics, and integration technologies (e.g., ETL, data warehousing, BI tools, APIs).

They must have a proven track record of successfully delivering complex data and analytics products.

Additional qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on data, analytics, and integration.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • (Good to have) Experience with Azure or AWS Datalake technologies.
