Job Summary

The HR Digital Project Manager Lead role at Sparks Group involves overseeing the implementation of our new Workday HR system. This includes managing timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure a smooth transition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of Workday implementation, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure the new system meets everyone's needs.
  • Develop a roadmap for implementing the system and manage potential issues that arise.
  • Become an expert on the new system and assist others in learning it and troubleshooting problems.
  • Analyze data to inform decision-making and stay up-to-date on trends in HR.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • At least 7 years of experience leading Workday HRIS implementations.
  • Experience with project management tools.
  • Data Analytics Certification is a plus.
  • SHRM or HRCI certification is preferred.

About the Role:

The estimated annual salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000, depending on location and qualifications.
