Job Summary

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Wilmington Treatment Center, a premier substance abuse recovery hospital and rehabilitation center in Wilmington, NC. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our patients in their recovery journey.

Responsibilities
  • Collect and record patient vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure
  • Perform various tests, such as glucose and UDS tests
  • Assist with patient rounds and provide support to patients as needed
  • Transport patients as requested and assist with patient/luggage/room searches
  • Perform administrative duties, including lab reports and ordering supplies
Requirements
  • Current NC CNA certification
  • Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record
  • Crisis Prevention and CPR Certification (offered on site)
  • Ability to work with male and female adult patients with chemical dependency and mental health disorders
  • Excellent teamwork and customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with substance use and mental health disorders
  • Knowledge of 12-step programs
