Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Foundation Health Partners. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality respiratory care to patients in a variety of healthcare settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performs all basic modalities of respiratory care as prescribed by physicians and/or licensed independent practitioners.
  • Applies and manages mechanical ventilators in collaboration with physicians and/or licensed independent practitioners.
  • Performs pulmonary and cardiology diagnostic testing as prescribed.
  • Documents therapy provided in an accurate and complete manner.
  • Communicates and collaborates with resource staff in formulating care plans and recommendations for change in therapy.
Requirements
  • Associate or technical degree.
  • Proof of having passed the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Registered Pulmonary Function Technologist.
  • Current license in state practiced as required by state law.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) required.
