Key Responsibilities
  • Possess a minimum of 6 years of experience as a Technical Consultant specializing in Oracle HCM.
  • Demonstrated expertise in integration processes.
  • Proficient in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud technical functionalities.
  • Expertise in HCM Extracts is essential.
  • Familiarity with EBS HRMS is advantageous.
  • Strong capabilities in outbound integrations.
  • Knowledge of BI Reports and HDL is required.
Product Expertise
  • Skilled in gathering requirements and aligning them with the Cloud product.
  • Experience as a technical or techno-functional resource in comprehensive implementation projects.
  • Strong command of SQL and a solid understanding of HCM database structures.
  • Hands-on experience with HDL, HCM Extracts, BIP, and Rest API.
  • Proficient in RTF, Excel, and E-Text Templates.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in creating technical design documentation and developing SIT/UAT test scripts.
Additional Experience

Experience in supporting user acceptance testing and providing assistance during post-go-live activities is preferred.
