Personal Banker

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing personalized service and support to meet their financial needs.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow customer relationships and increase revenue.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on financial products and services, including deposit accounts, loans, and investments.
• Collaborate with colleagues to identify and pursue new business opportunities and cross-sell products.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months of sales and service experience in a retail environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customer groups.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.

• 2+ years of experience in retail banking or a related field.
• Supervisory experience or ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Life and Health Licenses or ability to obtain.
