Job Overview

As a Night Shift Cleaning Technician at Kitchen Guard of DMV, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of commercial kitchens. Your primary duties will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Thoroughly power wash kitchen exhaust systems, including hoods, ductwork, filters, and exhaust fans.
  • Efficiently set up and dismantle job sites and equipment.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Manage and maintain equipment, promptly reporting any issues.
Additional Duties:
  • Ensure the safe installation and upkeep of fire safety equipment.
  • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines diligently.
  • Comply with industry standards and regulations consistently.
  • Engage in ongoing safety training to enhance awareness and preparedness.
  • Address on-site challenges and propose improvements.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to climb ladders for rooftop access.
  • Capable of squatting, lifting, and carrying up to 50 lbs. over a distance of at least 100 feet.
  • Able to stand for extended periods, up to 10 hours.
  • Demonstrate excellent attention to detail while working efficiently.
