We are seeking a skilled Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Lawrenceville, GA for a 13-week contract assignment.
Job Responsibilities- Complete detailed patient assessments and document care using OASIS software.
- Develop and manage personalized care plans based on patient needs.
- Provide nursing services, including wound care, medication management, and patient education.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care.
- Guide and support patients and families to maintain independence and manage care at home.
- Active RN license in Georgia.
- Proficient in OASIS documentation and Homecare Homebase software.
- Minimum of 2 years of Home Health nursing experience preferred.
- Ability to pass background checks, drug screenings, and onboarding per Joint Commission standards.
- Locals and travelers are both accepted.
Lawrenceville is a charming city located just outside Atlanta, offering a mix of suburban tranquility and urban accessibility.
Estimated Salary Range$120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
