We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse to join our team at Christus Health. As a Clinical Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the Medsurg and Telemetry units.
Key Responsibilities- Provide routine and complex care to patients in accordance with treatment plans
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care using evidence-based practice
- Communicate effectively with healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery
- Assess learning needs and provide education to patients and families
- Participate in quality improvement activities and contribute to a culture of safety
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of combined experience in Medsurg and Telemetry
- PALS certification required within 30 days of hire at CHRISTUS Children's Hospital or SPOHN
- De-escalation training required within 30 days of hire at SPOHN
