Navy Energy Systems Training Expert

Overview
Leidos is in search of a Navy Energy Systems Training Expert to enhance our team. This position focuses on partnering with instructional and multimedia designers to create specialized training materials for Navy technical education initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in the Navy Nuclear Propulsion Program along with practical operational experience with S6G, S8G, or S9G power plants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with instructional and multimedia designers to produce specialized training materials.
- Offer insights and evaluate contributions from the multi-disciplinary team.
- Guarantee compliance with project timelines and deliverables.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree coupled with a minimum of four years of experience in the Navy Nuclear Propulsion Program.
- Completion of the Naval Nuclear Propulsion Training Program and prior qualification as Engineering Watch Supervisor or Engineering Officer of the Watch.
- Practical operational experience with S6G, S8G, or S9G power plants in the capacity of EWS or EOW.
- Possession of an active or current Final DoD Secret (or higher) security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active or current DOE L level clearance.
Compensation:
The pay range for this position is $61, $111,625.00. This range serves as a general guideline and does not guarantee compensation. Various factors will be considered in determining an offer, including responsibilities, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and market data.
