As a leading provider of community-based services, we offer a full range of supportive living, health, educational, and clinical services in Massachusetts and Connecticut. Our dedicated team of professionals provides care and support to over 3,200 individuals across 318 programs.
Your Role
In this role as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will be working in a clinically intensive program tailored to meet the needs of individuals with complex health needs. You will be part of a dynamic team that transforms lives by assisting individuals to become more independent and a part of their communities.
Duties
- Administer medication under the Medication Administration Plan (MAP) guidelines
- Assist individuals to overcome barriers and live more independently through skills training and rehabilitation techniques
- Collaborate with individuals, families, friends, employers, and other support staff to achieve the highest quality standards
Salary and Benefits

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- A high school diploma or GED
- A current C.N.A. certificate valid in Massachusetts
- Strong time management and writing skills
- A valid US driver's license and reliable transportation
- CPR, First Aid, and MAP certification within specified timelines
