Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and Registration: Oversee the scheduling and registration process for patients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and referral sources, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks, such as answering phones, confirming appointments, and supporting insurance requirements processes.
  • Clinical Support: Assist with clinical tasks, such as pre-registration, registration, insurance verification, and scheduling.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school graduate required; associate degree preferred.
  • Experience: Two years of experience in a medical office setting preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The estimated salary for this position is around $42,000-$52,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
