Job Summary:

Kemper, a leading specialized insurer, is seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to join its team. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading a team of agents within your assigned territory, driving business growth, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of agents to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Conduct regular business inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide support and guidance to agents to help them overcome sales challenges and achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with the District Manager to develop and implement business plans that align with company objectives.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of sales management experience, with a proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Fully licensed in Life, Health, Property, and Casualty insurance.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective strategies.
