Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct personal care to residents, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor residents' health and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff.
- Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care and services.
Requirements:
- Current Georgia LPN license.
- Vocational or specialized training in nursing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in long-term care or a related field is preferred.
