Job Overview

The Field Marketing Operations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the Senior Director of Field Marketing, East Enterprise and Federal. Key Responsibilities

  • Event Logistics: Coordinate event logistics for virtual programs targeting sales regions, including technical trainings, seminars, webcasts, and relationship building.
  • Resource Management: Secure resources required for each program via online portals, including technical resources, program materials, calendar invites, etc.
  • Event Materials: Ensure timely and accurate delivery of event materials to all program participants, coordinating with fulfillment vendors as needed.
  • Setup Readiness: Verify registration check-in (virtual), virtual platform links are accurate, and send reminders and follow-up communications.

Marketing Automation

This role involves developing invitations and registration sites/landing pages using the SplashThat platform (training provided). The coordinator will also upload lead lists and work closely with Field Marketing Specialists to maintain budget accuracy.

Team Coordination and Management

  • Sales Team Communications: Ensure weekly/monthly awareness of upcoming programs among the sales team.
  • Regional Marketing Calendars: Maintain regional marketing calendars to facilitate seamless coordination.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Spreadsheets: Strong proficiency in using spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Task Management: Ability to effectively manage a high volume of tasks with accuracy and timely completion.
  • Sense of Urgency: Demonstrate a sense of urgency and follow-through on responsibilities.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain detail-oriented skills, specifically spelling and grammar proficiency, proofreading invitation copy, and accuracy in written communications.

Preferred Skills

Experience in event management, budgeting, and team coordination is highly valued. Proficiency in using spreadsheets and creating event invitations/registrations for sites and landing pages is essential.
