Role Responsibilities: As a Traffic Control Flagger, your key duties will include:
- Setting up and sustaining secure work zones utilizing appropriate equipment.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the safety of all personnel.
- Effectively managing traffic flow using stop/slow paddles.
- Providing exceptional service and safeguarding our clients.
- Receiving ongoing training and support to progress from an entry-level position to long-term career paths.
Requirements:
- Valid Flagger certification
- Minimum of 6 months experience in traffic management
- Current driver's license
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift weights of 50-60 lbs.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and traffic environments.
- Experience in driving.
- Must successfully complete pre-employment screenings, including a drug test.

- Competitive Compensation: Hourly wages based on experience, with guaranteed increases within the first year. Pay ranges from $18.00 to $18.75 per hour.
- Opportunities for Advancement: Potential to move up to Senior Protector in just 4 months, with further growth to Lead Protector, Field Supervisor, or Manager roles.
- Comprehensive Training: Paid, on-the-job training, including ATSSA certification and defensive driving, with continuous professional development.
