The Role

We are seeking a Sales Associate who will have a passion for our products and our customers, creating a unique experience for them. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Meeting or exceeding all goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Utilizing our proprietary selling process to provide each customer with outstanding service
  • Offering additional financing options to customers
  • Consistently educating clients of current promotional offerings and products
  • Maintaining inventory integrity and accuracy
  • Partnering with store management to ensure customer service issues are resolved
Requirements & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of related sales experience
  • Results-driven and able to meet or exceed KPIs and goals
  • Proven time management skills and ability to adapt to a changing business environment
  • Superior communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
