Position Overview:
As an Environmental Services Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various areas. Your daily tasks will include:

  • Executing a thorough cleaning regimen in patient rooms, restrooms, offices, and public spaces.
  • Ensuring the availability of necessary supplies in designated areas.
  • Supervising and coordinating cleaning activities to meet departmental standards.
  • Adhering to all established policies and procedures.
  • Engaging in exceptional customer service and fostering respectful relationships.

Safety Responsibilities:
Your role may involve the transport of hazardous waste, for which you will receive comprehensive training on safe handling and disposal practices.

Key Contributions:
In this position, you will:

  • Follow designated schedules for waste collection and disposal.
  • Attend mandatory safety training sessions.
  • Adhere to safety protocols related to exposure control.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve departmental goals.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
  • Previous experience in a hospital setting (preferred).
