Job Summary

The Assistant Teacher will provide a nurturing learning environment for our students, working closely with the Lead Teacher to create engaging and enriching experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Guide and monitor students, providing activities and work that align with their interests and needs.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and accessible learning environment that reflects the Montessori Philosophy.
  • Assist with diaper changes and/or monitor restroom usage as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Lead Teacher to create and rotate toys, activities, and classwork to promote student discovery and learning.
  • Communicate with parents and families to meet the daily social, emotional, and physical needs of our students.
