Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Soliant. As a School-Based Occupational Therapist, you will work with students in a school setting, providing essential occupational therapy services to support their academic and functional success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Assessments and Evaluations: Determine students' functional abilities and needs within the school environment.
  • Develop Individualized Education Plans: Create treatment goals to address students' occupational therapy needs.
  • Provide Direct Therapy Services: Utilize evidence-based interventions and therapeutic activities to support students' progress.
  • Collaborate with School Personnel: Work with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' academic and functional success.
  • Maintain Accurate Documentation: Record student progress and therapy sessions in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy: From an accredited program.
  • Current State Licensure: Or eligibility for licensure in the state of employment.
  • Experience in a School-Based Setting: Preferred but not required.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
