We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Long Island City, New York.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in a managerial role, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. They will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and building strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company sales targets.
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional performance.
  • Monitor and analyze sales activities and performance metrics.
  • Train and mentor sales staff, providing ongoing guidance and support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a managerial role.
  • Entrepreneurial in nature, with strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate professionally and effectively.
  • Negotiation and sales skills to effectively motivate and lead a team of sales representatives.
  • Verifiable sales performance.
  • Ability to provide a quality customer experience to fleets of one or one hundred.
