Job Summary

The Data Integration Lead Analyst is a critical role within Citigroup Inc, responsible for facilitating the execution of the Data Transformation Plan and supporting use cases through collaboration with various stakeholders. This position requires strong analytical skills, project management expertise, and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including day-to-day execution activities and meetings.
  • Examine and evaluate project status, identifying potential risks and issues that need escalation or change, and proposing solutions to project leads.
  • Determine the appropriateness of presentation content and materials for Governance forums and guide revisions/refinement.
  • Manage day-to-day activities related to the overall program/project, allocating/coordinating work within the team or project group.
  • Support resolution of project issues by offering solutions to resolve complex problems and interpreting/advising on policies, guidelines, or processes.
  • Liaise with multiple Data teams/departments, serving as a subject matter expert for planning and analysis of project deliverables and processes.
  • Conduct analysis and execute tasks that contribute to work streams focusing on a broad range of data initiatives, including data requirements, issues management, Data Quality rules, lineage, Data Governance, and taxonomy.
  • Develop and articulate business requirements and map current and future state processes.
  • Contribute tactically to strategic design and process improvement project implementation across lines of business and functions, working with Technology and Operations and other support organizations.
Qualifications
  • 6-10 years of relevant experience in Banking or Finance, preferably.
  • Experience in managing and implementing successful projects.
  • Ability to be nimble and adjust priorities as needed.
  • Possesses a comprehensive understanding of how own area and others collectively integrate to contribute towards achieving business objectives.
  • Familiarity with data concepts.
  • Communicates effectively, develops, and delivers multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences; able to drive consensus and influence relationships at all levels.
Education

Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience, Master's degree preferred.
