Job Title: Radiology Imaging Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Radiology Imaging Specialist to join our team at Aequor Technologies. As a Radiology Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for operating Computed Tomography (CT) equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images for physician interpretation.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate CT equipment to produce diagnostic images
- Prepare patients for CT procedures, including explaining the process and ensuring their safety and comfort
- Administer contrast agents as required and monitor patients for adverse reactions
- Follow established protocols to capture images of specific body parts
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to evaluate images and ensure accurate diagnosis
- Maintain and calibrate CT equipment to ensure proper functioning and compliance with safety standards

Requirements

- Current certification as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) with specialization in CT
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in CT imaging
- State licensure in Radiologic Technology (if applicable)
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is required
- Strong knowledge of CT imaging techniques, equipment, and safety procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
