Job Summary

Constellis is seeking a highly skilled Alarm Monitor to join our team. As an Alarm Monitor, you will be responsible for monitoring Force Protection Services and radio traffic, coordinating responses to emergency and non-emergency situations, and maintaining accurate records of alarm use.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and respond to emergency and non-emergency situations, utilizing multi-channel radio and telephone dispatch equipment.
  • Log all calls in a database, including required details of each call, to maintain accurate records.
  • Keep detailed logs to ensure officer safety and facilitate precise and efficient communications among coworkers.
  • Operate multi-channel radio and telephone dispatch equipment to receive and respond to alarms.
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergency situations.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and logs.
