Job Summary:

We are seeking an articulate and knowledgeable individual to take on an Assistant Manager role in our fast-paced pizza store franchise. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for setting schedules, helping the General Manager develop and manage promotions, contributing to the high-energy atmosphere in the store, ordering food, and handling all budgetary aspects of running the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service at all times
  • Take phone orders in a professional manner and be knowledgeable of current menu and specials
  • Assist in preparation of all food, some box folding, restocking supplies as needed, and some dish washing
  • Show up to work on time for scheduled shifts
  • Must come to work timely in all weather conditions
  • Ability to multi-task, work at a fast pace, and work well under pressure
  • Strong work ethic
  • Must work well with others
  • 6 months of pizza experience in a leadership capacity in a delivery and carry-out business (e.g. management, shift leader, etc.)
  • Ability to effectively train and motivate staff
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Willingness to show leadership and guidance from the floor

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 6 months of pizza experience in a leadership capacity in a delivery and carry-out business (e.g. management, shift leader, etc.)
  • Ability to effectively train and motivate staff
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Willingness to show leadership and guidance from the floor

What We Offer:

  • $18.00 to $22.00 an hour, overtime available
  • Bonus based on performance paid monthly
  • Paid vacation
