Cedars-Sinai is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Environmental Services Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our Environmental Services department, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to our Hospitality Services staff, ensuring that our facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide leadership and guidance to Hospitality Services staff, ensuring that they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties effectively.
- Conduct daily quality control inspections to ensure that our facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our Hospitality Services staff.
- Collaborate with our Manager to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote a positive and productive work environment.
- Respond to customer and staff concerns in a timely and professional manner.
**Requirements:**
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum three years of experience in Environmental Services, Hospitality, or Janitorial/Custodial services.
- One year of direct supervisory experience preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Computer proficiency required.
