Job Summary
Soliant Health is seeking experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our team in a school district near Salem, OR. As an SLP with Soliant, you will have the opportunity to work with students of varying ages and make a significant impact on their communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language therapy services to a diverse caseload of students, ranging from elementary to secondary levels.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each student's unique needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student development.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development and implementation of educational plans.
- Monitor student progress, maintain accurate records, and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Requirements
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid Oregon SLP license or the ability to obtain one.
- Experience working with a range of age groups, from elementary to secondary, is preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
