About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Reliability Engineer to join our Apple Services Engineering team in Cupertino. As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our distributed systems and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable systems and services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues
  • Develop and implement monitoring, alerting, and incident management tools
  • Work with database concepts, performance engineering, and service management
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of core SRE concepts, monitoring, alerting, and incident management
  • Experience with database concepts, performance engineering, and service management
  • Proficient in one or more programming languages, such as Java, Go, or Python
  • Experience with cloud platforms, such as EC2, EBS, and Kubernetes
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
